Hi Guys,

I wanted to have a thread that has an extensive lists and examples of forms and packs that a starting out self-employed webdesigner like myself would need.

I want to be as professional as possible, well orginised and clear. I dont want to fumble myself through one job to the next with no proper history or direction.

:wave: Please add examples and more ideas, especially you who have been self-employed for a while.

I Think i need :


Advertising pack:
with business card, cd portfolio, covering letter, brochure.
(Please add examples)

Contract:
a contract for the client to sign keeping everyone happy and clear.
(Please add examples)

Proposal Form:
what has been discussed in a invoice format with figures.
(Please add examples)

Invoice form:
(Please add examples)

Reciept Form:
(Please add examples)

Closing the deal pack:
a pack containing security info, instructions, final invoice, business card. And final spec of site with comparison to brief.
