Edit multiple files

I am looking for a piece of software that edits multiple files at the same time...ie I have a 16,000 page website and want to change things that are the same on each page, but dont want to edit each one by hand...i guess it is a kind of find and replace but I want ot be able to do it across the entire website...also is there a script or addon that will perform the function as a rotator for articles...

you can use EditPlus. A professional software would ideally be Dreamweaver
