Im new and in need of some help...Simple I think

I just want an interactive link. By which i mean a viewer can input a code # into a box and bring up that page.

Example
Mainsite www.trifiALS.com
a user puts 130 into a input box and clicks go
then it brings them to
www.trifiALS.com/130

So viewers can jum to a certain page

can someone help with this
I think this may involve Aspp but not sure
I just want a simple HTML page with this function
