I created a flash file for a website where it cycles through about 10 pictures that fade in and out. The pictures only stay on for about a second before they fade. I had someone tell me that when they looked at it the pictures stayed on for about 20 seconds the first time through and then sped up after that. Is it necessary to have the flash load before it is played? And if so how do I do that? I am new to using flash. The website is www.moonlightbaymarina.com
