buisness website help?

hey people, i got a job given to me from my father, he wants his buisness put on the internet, so of course he went ahead and got a domain and host registered.... so all he needs is the actual webite put up, ive made a few before when i was in school, that was about 4 years ago, just wondering if you guys know any good programs to use? free is always good.... but im looking for a good program to build the site then post it, im gonna have to find a way but i will post it and ask you guys how it looks for my first official site on the internet THANKS!!!
