again need help

sorry im a newbie + noob = super noob so i need lotsa help..
im usin blogspot..i want to ask a question[s]
- is it possible to put a flash animation as my header?
- is it possible to put a flash animation as my intro in the 1st place before
people enter my blog??for example i want to put "welcome to my blog click
the link below to enter"(flash animation)
