Windows error with Dreamweaver CS3

I have Adobe Web Premium CS3 which includes many components such as Contribute, Photoshop and Dreamweaver. I am able to interact with all components except Dreamweaver. After the start page on Dreamweaver displays, I get an error message that states "Adobe Dreamweaver CS3 has encountered a problem and needs to close ". It gives you the option of sending an error report to Microsoft which I have done but have gotten no resolution. When I close the error message, Dreamweaver also closes so I am unable to use it. Can anyone tell me how to fix this so that I can use Dreamweaver? I use Windows XP. Thanks

Check the Windows Application Log and Dreamweaver log file to see more details. The current information is not enough to troubleshoot. Reporting to Microsoft will never help you out.
