I'm trying to create a webpage with a rollover menu (and possibly drop down sub menus in the future)

I started with JS and did a picture swap, but IE 6 throws a pop up blocker message at me.

I went to several other sites where the menu's are highlight when the mouse is over them ( they aren't using flash from what i can tell), and they are using JS throughout the site looks like. but i don't get a popup blocker message(yellowbar)

I view and save the source as an html and tried running that file, but then i get the popup message (of course images and what not are missing but that's not important)

Anyone know what they are doing/I can do, to prevent the popup blocker message to be triggered? or where i can study up on it at?

Thanks,
Kelly
