make an upload page

i have a webpage and some webspace and i would like to make an upload form to upload files onto the webspace so that friends/family can fetch the files later, or they can upload and i can fetch later. what do you need to do to make this page? can it be made in frontpage or do you have to get more advanced?

Are you and your family familiar with FTP clients? I would either get a contect management script like phpnuke or just use an FTP client. You could also install a few types of message boards and configure them to allow file uploading but be careful of people outside your family having any access to what you do.
