Accomidations Script?

Does anyone know where I could find a script that works similiar to here: www.homesforstudents.co.uk. I've been searching everywhere and just can't come up with anything at all ...

Need a few questions answered before I can begin the hunt. =)

What language would you like the script in ASP/PHP? The script on the website you specified appears to be in ASP.

What type of script are you looking for? A script to search for accommodation opportunities or a script to input accommodation vacancies into a database? Again, the script on the web page you specified appears to be a search script.

Do you have any programming experience? Would you be willing to learn how to create such a script should you fail to find a suitable one or are you willing to pay for a script if you have to?

Suppose I should also ask if it's just a script your looking for or a complete system?
