Google analytics - How to improve my bounce rate

For our website, we currently have a bounce rate of about 75%. This is very high in comparison to the average of 40% for our industry.

I would appreciate any suggestions on how to improve our website.

Bounce rate is very high means that u should improve ur site visibility.Visitors stay and read whatever u provide with fresh content.It doesn't mean that copy and paste the data.
