Two accordian like tree menus here >>

~ i need a menu similar to the ones in the above 2 links......to be specific..
~ need the background to be translucent and black...........
~ need the submenus to not only scroll-in but fade-in aswell.....
any pointer...more examples.....flash dhtml resources......???
am new to webdesign and am SHOCKED by how ugly Menu making software's are........
