Domain transfers and switching accounts

Hi, I am shifting my domains and accounts to another host as I have 2 websites which I would like to be at the same place for maintenance and upgrading


I know I have to start with shifting my domain or getting it to point to my host. I dont know where to start... If anyone can help?

I forgot to say... I have signed up with site 5 if anyone is familiar with them. I dont understand about registrar, and stuff like that. Its all a bit confusing... but I need to start somewhere.

I do know that my domain name is locked and I dont know how to un lock it if anyone can help with that?
