I am trying to figure out a way to build a program or find a program that can everyday go to a specific website, download it and send it to me in an email.

Does anyone have a clue how to do this?

Yes, you can do it with wget - it's a Linux app that gets any content, amongst other things.

I imagine you're doing this from Windows, so for an easy experience with a GUI try http://www.cybershade.us/winwget/

That should do everything you want it to.
