Link target ?

Hello everyone,
I'm new to the forum and it seems to have some pretty good stuff :)

Bear with me this might get kind of confusing but I will try to explain my question the best I can.

Ok I am making a simple page with a simple link. I need the link to get targetted onto another window the user will already have open.

Example: I am looking at let's say, Google in a window. I bring up this web page in another window, and when I click the link it targets the Google window.

I hope that makes sense.

I don't think you can get a link to open in another window that is already being used by a completely different website, but you can get a link to open in a new blank window. However, I may be wrong.
