Website Developer/Designer Needed

I'm in need of a web developer/designer to make me a template for my PTC Advertising Website script. I'm willing to happily add you to the payroll of the site, as long as you're able to do updates every once in a while. If you can provide me with a killer template that will beat all the other PTC Ad sites out there, we can make some good money.

Are you planning on partnering? How about put up some upfront money instead of promises. If your website doesn't make money, the only person who loses is the developer, he loses time which equals money he could be making doing someone elses website.

Plus the real money is in real investment, you can't open up a mcdonald on promises, you need real cash, about 1 million dollars. Don't try getting everything for free, you will only get a developer who is in the bottom of the barrel instead of the cream of the crop. You get what you pay for, remember that.
