We just published our web site and would appreciate any constructive criticism as to the design and click through.

Some of the problems were different text sizes adjusting the pictures and appearance. But, it looks good on MY screen!

Codewise there are 59 XHTML validation issues (http://validator.w3.org/check?verbose=1&uri=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.pilloz.com%2Findex.htm) that need taking care of, and the website is built with tables which is a big no-no - I would use a XHTML/CSS layout. Also your images could all do with optimisation and ALT tags, except the logo which is of very low quality.

To be honest the design could be a lot better, if you look at the likes of Adit Shukla (http://aditshukla.com/) or Squared Eye (http://squaredeye.com/) you can see how although they are not displaying a lot of content, the design is still visually appealing.
Personally, I would go back to the drawing board with this one.
