Firefox/IE issue

I'm working on a new website and I can't seem to figure this one out. The navigation strays away from the logo in Firefox and IE only, Safari renders the page fine. If you go to the website and click any of the workshop/training links you'll see what I mean, any ideas? :wall:(btw, the page is valid XHTML & CSS)
