Hi, I'm new to this forum. I'm looking to build a website with similar business model to hotels.com or tripadvisor.com but at a smaller scale. Each place (about 1000 businesses) needs to have its page with a description/photo to be inputted and user-generated reviews. All the features from a user-generated review website need to be included (member registration, discussion forums, site search...).
I have no idea how much this would cost to build and maintain. Could you give me a ball park figure on how much this would cost if I hire a freelance designer or professional company? would a freelance designer be able to complete such a project? Thank You!
