Is the PLESK 9 CP worth the upgade?

My company has a windows server with a PLESK 8 control panel. We can't upgrade because our server company said that everyone that tried had their server crash. So we are considering moving to a new server (about the same, but slightly cheaper). Is plesk 9 worth the hassle of moving. I think it has a full server backup option with is nice. Does anyone know if it really does? (I was told that 8 did, but then found out it was only on the linux version).
