Opinions Please!!!

I am looking for people to look over my site and tell me what you think. Any opinions of how i could improve my site would be greatly appreciated!!! I am a new webmaster and this is my first website ever so i need help and suggestions.

Well it is very plain. I would suggest doing something with the site name. some kind of logo or more illustrated text. just something so it is not plain text. A different font and a drop shadow, would be start.

also the bookmark us and whos online boxes are not lined up. looks like it is because of "Welcome to SECgossip.com" I personally would just remove that text. or work it into the site name to the left.
