Well, I'm going to eventually be purchasing a CSS template from a website and I have a few questions I'd like to get answers for =)
1.) It states that Photoshop CS or higher is required to edit it... Does it have to be Photoshop CS and can it be something different like it's rival software Paint Shop Pro?
2.) It states that Adobe Dreamweaver 8+ or Microsoft Expression Web is required... Is there a cheaper or free alternative for these? Or is there a good place to download such an alternative?
