looking for flash video player

I want to embed some videos on my website. I want something more professional looking than youtube and other social media solutions. However, I don't know flash and can't create my own. Are there any other solutions out there?

What does a professional looking player shall include? There are template players on some desktop applications, so that you don't need to deal with Flash or ActionScript.
