e-commerce & dev question

I am planning on having an e-commerce website where I do custom work for on fabric and I wanted to know how to do the following. I want a customer to be able to come to my site and enter information in the page for me and then pay and check out and I get a report of what to design. i understand how to use add the shopping cart feature, but I don't know about the rest.

an example would be something like the following.

name you want on your fabric

color of the name and

Font... and so on
