I am building a website that is going to be beneficial for others. However I am on a budget and do not want any scripts that are not free.

I am looking for some scripts that I can implement within my website that will help others create their own such as:

Keyword Generator
Page Ranking
Meta Tags Generator
Free opt-in Email
Pop-up Webpage
