An Amatuer Needs Help With Frontpage

hi guys, need a bit of help with my personal website.

I'm using Frontpage 2003. I am inserting tables to position text and pitcures around the site then I just make the table frame invisible. However when I go to open the page in my browser, unless the page is full screen the text and pictures turn out all mixed up due to the table being re-shaped to fit the window.

Any ideas on how to set the table so it doesn't re-size in smaller windows??
