Web site intro video questions?

Hey I'm only new to web design an I was woundering if anyone new how to get a site into like this one: www.jasonhedgesracing.com and if so how? And how to then put it in dreamweaver cs4.

the intro is flash and the rest is html

It has a table layout which is bad

You should learn properly using CSS

Its a long path but you will get there
