Looking for Web designers/ Web Developers

I am going to try and keep this as short as possible. I have worked at a world renowned production company that specializes in cinema, special fx, motion graphics etc. now for what seems to be an eternity, I absolutely love my job and am surrounded by some great people. Only a few problems EVERYONE relies on me, I am literally used to working 20 hour days because when someone cant do something, it gets handed of to me (last month I worked on about 80% of the projects in the company and worked around 480 hours while others only worked on about 5%) Anyway my employment contract is about to expire (I have already been offered a renewal) but, I was considering opening up my own production company.

So, before I make a final decision, about what I am going to do, I have been trying to see what kind of team I can assemble. I have only have one spot to fill that I am not having any luck with, that is of course a web designer. I have extremely high standards and I have interviewed so many people, I literally have lost count. Everyone I have interviewed has been unbelievably incompetent. So I finally decided to post something here. If your are interested please post a reply and a link to your portfolio. Also just so everyone knows I would probably start off by paying $500-$1250 dollars a website depending on quality and how complex it is, later down the road I will give the option to be paid by project or work for a retainer.

With those prices, try hiring someone from India. Or advertise on Elance. You might have better luck there. Just make sure you know exactly what you need from your web designer.
