Anyone Know What Script this Is?

Hey Guys,

I'm looking for the script they're running over on HTML Blender (http://www.htmlblender.com). It has an arrow load after a certain amount of time that says "Any Questions, Click Here to Chat With Us" and then fades out.

I was looking at the Javascript (it's designated as cwu.js) but don't know too much about it.

Does anyone know someplace I could find a similar script?

Possibly with the option to turn the fade-out on and off.

Just as an update, I was searching around and found that it looked pretty similar to a lot of the jQuery Growl scripts, so might try to write one of my own.
