How to add clan pages to my website

I'm opening up a website in a few months for a popular game that's comming out. And i want to have some way for the visitors of this game can make their own clan page within my website and linking their stats to the main page.

How would a person go about this? Are there any nice plugins out there that offer something like this, or maybe a company that makes some sort of easy way for a person to add this to their site?

I'm going to be using vbulletin publishing suite 4.0 when it comes out a few months, to create a nice layout and forums. It does allow for pretty much any kind of custimization such as editing css and javascript files.

Thanks for your help. I'd like to be able to control permissions as far as space, each clan member webpage gets, among other little things.
