html help need

hi...guys..i have just started learning html...it seems to be a silly one but i got to find out what it is please help me guys...

at the moment I am learning css and html..
- i have a file named kushal.html it is saved on the desktop... from here i can edit the notepad and just refresh to check my work but
problem
if i put this file in a separate folder and work on kushal.html-notepad. i can't save it ... i am getting following error : cannot create the c:\web\kushal.html
Make sure that the path and file name are correct

help needed guys......:(

Sounds like either the folder doesn't exist or you don't have write access to it (not an administrator?) That's more of an operating system problem than an html problem. If you're trying to make the folder by writing \web\ in there... try actually creating the folder (right click... new folder... right click... rename)... don't write the path in the input bar... GO TO the path and then save it as kushal.html
