Programming Alone or in Groups

Ive been programming as a hobby now for a few years, I have always worked alone for everything web design and web development. The problem that I have run into is that it is just to time consuming to stay on top of both the graphics portion, programming, and then marketing the site. I know that there has got to be a better way to do this. How do you find it best to divvy up the workload?

in fact the workload is one problem,but i think the most serious thing is the environment ,on words,no communiction.
