can i post attachments yet and/or links?? just wondering 'cause i see alot of posts were things have been removed for new users.i need to post some css, php, and html for a question

Yes. You can post code freely. :) Just remember to use the appropriate code tags [html] and [php]. Also, place the questions in the appropriate forums. :)
