Adobe Contribute issue

My client is a school that needs to make frequent changes to their site. They bought Contribute and only one person makes the updates. Somehow she keeps on managing to make these strange duplicate files that end with _001.html and more - like "technology_002.html" etc.. She also somehow inadvertantly creates a new folder called CSS with new layout_001, layout_002, etc... in this folder.


Has anyone seen this before?? Why is it happening?
