Is there anyway to have a "template" of sorts and then just have very thin .html pages that contain all the dynamic content? The closest thing I could find is frames but it looks very ugly.
Secondly, for a server that is for personal use, but still is facing the internet is using WampServer taking too big of a risk? It is on a Windows7 Machine that has absolutely no true bussiness use but I would prefer not to become part of a botnet?
