Implementing Flash Videos

Hello,

I am currently running www.thefinalstage.net and our main goal is to bring videos to the user but i am currently having a hard time figuring out the easiest way. Also i dont want to be the only person uploading videos onto my website so i want the other admins to be able to put their videos on the site too.

The youtube example on the main page isnt what i am looking for it is just a place holder for the time being.
