Flash, dreamweaver and the internet

Im just curious, I found this site today,

I was wondering, how the developer managed to make it so the swf file fit across on any page on any screen resolution? As in the blue rectange fits nicely across the page.

I usually put my flash files in a table and that leaves white spaces at the edges, how do I do it like the above?

He Probably made the file 1600px+ in width or so. I have 1600x900 monitor as well as two other sizes and it fits for all. thats the only thing i could think of
