Opensocial developers forums

hi

could someone tell me forums (besides opensocial forums) where i might be able to get help on how to integrate opensocial to my website?

i usually work with joomla but my frnd got a pre-made script running on codeigniter and ive no idea how to implement opensocial and how to run opensosial apps on that!! so basically i need info from ground-up and no one in this forum has been able to help :(
