Hello everyone, my name is Jose and this is my first post!

I'm in the process of redesigning my website from scratch, and since I came across a cool layout idea optimized for cellphones/low res displays while surfing the web, I decided to implement it.

I plan to use it to write useful articles and resources for web designers, programmers and alike.

Sadly I don't own either an iPhone or a mobile to surf the web, so I was wondering: for you mobile users, what are considered to be good things/ideas/layouts/navigation elements, ecc. to be implemented in a web site to make it the most mobile friendly possible?

I thought about splitting the site content in many sheets (or windows), each of which contains a previous/next buttons at the top to navigate easily over chapters, and a top button to return to the index.

Also big buttons for main site categories navigation.

That's it for now, but I think the results are worth the efforts from what my mobile-friends told me after trying out the site (still in an alpha-stage).

Thanks for the interest if someone will reply :)

Jose
