I'm thinking about making a site where you can submit links to photoshop tutorials and rate, leave comments, and describe the difficulty of it. The rating, and difficulty level would be assigned according to feedback from my site's users. Users can submit photoshop tutorials from any site.

I want to make it a site for people from all photoshop skill levels(with a focus on beginner-intermediate) to browse, and find appropriate tutorials for them to learn, just as I am still learning.

I haven't thought out all of the services I want to provide but I did make some samples. I want to know what you guys think about some of the layouts I made and which one seems most suitable.

I'm still have a lot to learn about layout design, typography, etc.

Some feedback would be nice too.

*I plan to have some of the bokeh(lights) move as if the perspective were changing when user clicks on new section

I personally like the first one. Great idea by the way. When you make the site, post the link here. This is a resource I would follow
