I have, what I think is going to be a great web site. I have written down a ton of notes on what I want to have in the site; and today I bought the web name. now I need to build it. I guess what I’m wondering is 1. Should I do it myself, or 2. Pay to have it built for me.
its going to be for a particular job field in the navy. basically the web site is a social networking, site, where they can load up pictures, and technical information for a one stop shopping site. it will also be a pay site for memberships and a forum section.
Anyway - can anyone help me get started in the right direction? i would love to have this up and running with in the next 6 to 9 months if possible.
