Hey guys. I wanna set up Google SMTP for my site but I'm having a bit of a problem.

Now I've uploaded the phpmailer folder
I'm confused about the part after this
How do I know what page is supposed to send the email? I dont want just any random page sending the email
Can anyone walk me through this please?
I wanna check em online so I don't wanna use POP3. Is there any reason I should use IMAP or SMTP?
