I was thinking about what should be extra on my site. BubbleFish in Australia has helped out the best way for flash website design (http://www.bubblefish.com.au).

Flash is a very fashionable website design expertise in the world. Due this ability to make high quality and light weight animations, images and website layouts. Every web surfer that has even a tiny bit of knowledge about web design technologies would know of Flash because of its extensive application.

Now, the web site has better impact to my targeted audience.

I like Flash, but don't like it when it's used unnecessarily. The company you linked had no reason to use Flash on their webpage. Every animation they used Flash for could have just as easily been done in CSS with the tiniest bit of JQuery/Mootools (for the fade effect).

I agree Flash rocks, everyone should have it in their toolbelt. I personally don't like using it to substitute for lighter-weight, more compatible, and generally more supported technologies (like CSS).
