I'm working with a friend on this site for a client.
Not sure if it's okay to post urls but here it is.

The guy we're building it for says that he doesn't like it and I don't even know where to begin in making it better.
Actually I lied. I feel like If I could get a better background image or color on it it would improve the look, but I don't know for sure.
I'm totally lost you guys and would appreciate the heck out of any advice/tips/ or reviews of this site.
