Hi, I am new to these forums and have been searching for a thread which tackles my problem but as of yet have not found one, so I thought I'd post a new one.
My problem is that i'm creating a website for our very small family business, and managed to develop a booking form and got my hands on a free PHP script so that the forms results are issued to my email and so on, the usual. My issue is that although the PHP script works well i'm having trouble making certain fields on my form a requirement, so that people can not send the form with out filling in those particular fields. The script is called FormContact 1.1 Plus and it says that it is possible to incorporate the "$required" variable in to the form to make certain fields a must, but I'm clueless on how to do it. Could somebody point me in the right direction please? :(
Anyway I wasn't sure if i should post the full php script and form HTML so If doing so would help just let me know please. Thank you
