An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Website Administrator / Online Marketer to join an exciting new Entertainment/Video Sharing Project.

Applicant Requirements:

• Living in Washington State (please state your current city)

• Be fluent in Php, Javascript, Flash, html, xhtml, CSS, C++.

Role responsibilities include:

Website Administration

• Using website as a front end user to experience and evaluate site
functionality and identify any site bugs, navigational issues and general
user difficulties

• Assist in administration of the site to ensure efficient and effective
operation

• Moderating public areas to identify inappropriate content

• Monitoring site registrations and traffic analytics

• Identify areas for site enhancement


Marketing

• Promotion of website in the public domain

• Utilizing the follow marketing techniques for advertising purposes:

• Blogging
• SEO keyword submissions
• E-Zine article submissions
• Back-linking
• Google Ad words
• Viral Marketing
• Banner Advertising
• Pay per Click Advertising
• Utilizing social networks such as Twitter, Facebook and Digg for
exposure
• Utilizing own comprehensive computer systems knowledge and marketing
techniques to promote site



Time and Compensation:

• Part time role initially, dependent on success of project the role may
develop into full time position.

• Flexible hours.

• $12.50 per hour. The main remuneration will come in the form of an equity
stake in the project.
