Hey guys, new to web development. I'm looking to make a peer-to-peer application between webcams of two or more users.
I know PHP is for the server, but I figured being developers you guys would know where I should turn. Do I use Adobe Flex or Flash?
The server would hold information about the webcam participants but all action would be going on through peer-to-peer communication between multiple clients.
Where do I begin?
