How can it be done to make a pop up or content (such as a draggable table) to leave the browser window. (I only know that a pop up can, please tell me if it is possible to have a draggable table for example, to leave the browser window)
and then, configure it so that it can be in the forefront always, but not necessarily focused. That way a user could click on the browser but still see the popup/content.
Any help is appreciated, thanks.
