DW CS3 Question about converting

I have a friend who has a Front Page server that will be going down soon (three of my sites are on that server). Is there a way to convert a Front Page site to DW CS3 without having to do it by copying each page, page by page, and then altering it? And then how do I make it live? I know it is different from FP, and I am very confused at this point.

Your Front Page website should function fine in Dreamweaver because the basis of your design, HTML and CSS will not have to change. Both Front Page and Dreamweaver are dealing with the same thing. You should be able to set up a new site and simply copy your root website folder over.
