I have been having small problems with the home-page of this website for a while now, and I thought I had them all fixed, but another annoying little problem seems to have appeared. Under the yellow box on the right side, there is another one below it that contains a banner. For some reason, there is a giant black space above the banner, and I can't seem to figure out why this has appeared. I will just provide the page url for now, but I can provide html or css if necessary.
